A breakfast experience like no other
During our time here, we were treated to a breakfast spread that was nothing short of delightful. The attentive staff, especially Ahmed, ensured our morning meals were filled with warmth and freshness. The clean and spacious rooms added to our comfort, truly making it a stay to remember.
Our stay was slightly marred by the long elevator waits, especially during peak times. Coupled with a lack of nearby prayer facilities, it made our stay less convenient. It seemed like the hotel was overwhelmed by the number of guests, impacting service speed.

Great stay with comfy vibes!
Had a pleasant week here! The room was cozy and spacious, and the restaurant had an awesome breakfast selection. One thing, though, the shuttle service wasn’t as regular as I hoped. But the staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome.

this place was an absolute tragedy, waiting up to 35 minutes for the shuttle while those golf carts got loaded with fellow guests was just unacceptable. plus, the room service staff tracking mud in after cleaning the bathrooms was a delightful surprise. i woudl ve been more impressed if i received a complimentary upgrade, but clearly, that’s too much to ask here.

The hotel has a solid layout with spacious junior suites, offering a lovely partial Haram view. The location is strategic, providing easy access for those wanting to visit sacred sites without the hassle of a long trek.
The housekeeping service fell short, with requests needing reminders multiple times throughout the stay, making it a hassle. there was a concerning lack of designated prayer facilities in the hotel, which would have been beneficial for the community-focused experience. Lastly, I had issues with a strong odor coming from the bathroom drainage in one room, which took too long to be addressed before our departure.

Staying with a group of friends was awesome! The breakfast buffet was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a great time visiting local sights and unwinding over a fantastic selection of antipasti. I highly recommend the Deluxe King Room for its stunning city views and comfort.
One downside was the WiFi, which was a bit frustrating as it kept disconnecting during our stay.
